Terms of Service

Welcome to Hartwell & Sons Home Services. By scheduling service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Service agreements: work begins only after you approve a written quote. We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, parts availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Emergency service: after-hours emergency calls carry a dispatch fee quoted by phone before a technician is sent. The dispatch fee is credited toward the repair if you approve the quoted work.

Cancellations: cancellations with 24+ hours notice incur no charge. Same-day cancellations may be billed a trip fee. No-shows are billed in full.

Property access: you agree to ensure our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to the work area on the scheduled day, including attics, crawl spaces, panels, and shut-off valves as applicable.

Workmanship: our work is performed to applicable code, permitted where required, and backed by a workmanship warranty stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment.
