Hartwell & Sons started as a two-man plumbing outfit. Customers kept asking the same question: "You wouldn't happen to know a good HVAC guy? An electrician you trust?" After years of referring work out and hearing horror stories back, we did the obvious thing — we brought those trades in-house, got licensed in all three, and put them all behind one phone number.

Today our techs handle plumbing, heating & air, and electrical under one roof, one standard, and one promise: show up on time, quote it in writing, do it right, and leave the place cleaner than we found it. We're not a franchise. There's no call center. The people who answer the phone work down the hall from the people who fix your home.

How it works: call or send a message, and we'll get you on the schedule — same day for emergencies, usually within a couple of days for everything else. The tech walks the problem with you, gives you a written quote on the spot, and work starts only after you approve it.
